Bologna
Athletes coming from all over the world, 11 different nations, will test their own endurance to earn the first Finisher medal of Appenninica MTB Parmigiano Reggiano stage race. The Prologue is hosted by the amazing town of Bologna. The same climb of Giro d'Italia, will now test mountain bike riders for a time trial that climbs up to Colle della Guardia and then follows a spectacular descent through the trails leading to the finish line at Arco del Meloncello, the same starting point. Other 7 stages will take athletes through the Appenninica mountain chain from Berceto (PR) to Bagno di Romagna (FC), for the Grand Finale.
