"Il cammino dell'anima (The journey of the soul)" is the title of Angelo Branduardi's new album, which will be released on 4th October. The new album will be released six years after the previous one "Il rovo e la rosa - Ballate d'amore e morte" (The bramble and the rose - Ballads of love and death) - published in 2013 - and will tell in music the visionary work of Hildegarde von Bingen, a nun confined according to the rule of St. Benedict and then abbess of Bingen. Branduardi will publish a vinyl trilogy, on the occasion of his seventieth birthday that will be celebrated in 2020, entitled "Futuro antico" (Ancient future), "L'infinitamente piccolo" (The infinitely small) and the new work, which will be soon released, "Il cammino dell'anima" (The journey of the soul). The artist will bring back to the stage that musical and creative world, which, drawing on the popular legends and sounds of the past, has made him unique on the Italian and international music scene.
