On Friday 17 October at 20:30, the Teatro Manzoni in Bologna will host an unmissable event with the Orchestra Sinfonica Nazionale della Rai, conducted by Kirill Petrenko.

This concert marks the eighth meeting between the Orchestra and the naturalised Austrian Russian maestro, who has been conducting the Berliner Philharmoniker since 2019.

The evening will begin with Beethoven's Second Symphony, an unjustly neglected masterpiece, and will continue with Béla Bartók's powerful concert suite The Wonderful Mandarin, a work characterised by intense sounds and a strong erotic charge.
