First course: Risotto with malga butter, parmesan cheese 48 month "Vacche Rosse", Bra sausage and beetroot powder | Wine: Thea rosso 2007, Romagna doc Sangiovese Superiore Riserva.
Second course: Veal cheek, topinambur and grilled carrots | Wines: Thea rosso 2012 and 2017, Romagna doc Sangiovese Superiore Riserva.
