"Associazione d'iDee" has been active in Bologna since 2003; it carries out social, educational and school projects.
The menu: Starter: potato and leek pie, parmesan cream and cabbage chips. First course: Carnaroli risotto with pears, bacon and sweet gorgonzola. Second Course: saltimbocca alla romana with sautéèd chard. Dessert: ricotta mousse, black cherries and walnut crumble. Wines included.
