Sundays at Oasi la Rizza

From April 12 to May 24, 2026, the Sunday openings and guided tours at the La Rizza Oasis – Former Rice Field of Bentivoglio resume.

The meeting point is the “La Rizza” Visitor Center (via Bassa degli Albanelli 13), from which the guided routes the protected natural area will depart in the morning at 9:30 am and in the afternoon at 2:30 pm.

After crossing the woodland, the route leads to the wetland area at the heart of the Oasis, on the peninsula known as Punta degli Olmi, where there is a wildlife observation tower and an underwater observatory that allows visitors to admire aquatic plants and animals.

All paths are flat and present no difficulty; the total length is 1.6 km (round trip). The topics covered by the accompanying staff are suitable for children. Visitors may bring binoculars and/or a spotting scope.
