Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 8:30 PM, the WuLe Symphony Orchestra, the world’s largest musical ensemble of Chan monks, conducted by Maestro Shi WuLe, will perform at Teatro Duse.
The concert, structured in three parts, will take the audience on a true spiritual journey that intertwines music, dance, and Zen meditation.
The evening will open with a tribute to the meeting of cultures, featuring renowned symphonic pieces that blend the musical traditions of East and West, such as Spring Festival Overture, The White-Haired Girl Suite, The Barber of Seville, España Cañí, and Italian Capriccio.
This will be followed by evocative choreographed and musical performances by the WuLe Symphony Orchestra, leading up to the final moment: a vocal meditation practice designed to transport the audience into a state of deep inner harmony.
