Bologna
On the occasion of the Bologna Portici Festival, the National Picture Gallery of Bologna is hosting two events organized in collaboration with the Municipal Theater of Bologna and the Laura Bassi High School.
Tuesday, June 4 at 8:30 p.m. in the Terribilia cloister will be the InCanto concert by the Coro voci bianche & Coro Giovanile del Teatro Comunale di Bologna, with Alhambra Superchi conducting and Alessandro Trebeschi at the piano (in case of bad weather, the concert will be held in the museum's indoor premises). The repertoire presented is drawn from the works of V. Bellini, A. Boito, G. Donizetti, W. A. Mozart, J. Offenbach, J. Rutter, F. M. Tosti, and G. Verdi.
On Thursday, June 6, at 7 p.m. (repeat at 7:45 p.m.) in the Terribilia cloister, the performance Tempore forme sacred, by students of the Laura Bassi High School's documentary film course, is presented. Music by Roberto Passuti. This is the final act of a path of knowledge and discovery created by the students of class 4G, Human Sciences Address, DOC Course - Film Documentary Course, promoted and coordinated by Prof. Maria Previto in close collaboration with the Museum's Educational Services.
