Temples | Locomotiv

On Thursday 22 October 2026, the Locomotiv Club in Bologna hosts a concert by Temples.

Temples, the band from Kettering, return with their new single “Vendetta”, taken from their highly anticipated studio album BLISS, due for release on 26 June via V2 Records.

The track marks a shift towards previously unexplored electronic territory for the band, while keeping their sonic identity intact, and represents the boldest and freest work of their career.

The new album BLISS marks an exciting new chapter following their 2023 record Exotico. The band reinterprets its psych-rock roots through the filter of late-1990s and early-2000s dance music, drawing inspiration from the euphoric melancholy of the Ibiza scene and European electronic music.

Among the influences they cite are artists such as Faithless, Underworld, Massive Attack and Portishead. The result is what Temples describe as “melancholic euphoria”, where simple structures generate complex emotions.

With BLISS, Temples are not simply changing style: the record is a genuine statement of intent. An uncompromising work driven by instinct, the chemistry between the band members and the rediscovered pleasure of making music together.
