Ruben Xhaferi, piano - Pianofortissimo

On 3 July 2025, in the Cloister of the Basilica di Santo Stefano, Ruben Xhaferi returns as a guest of the Pianofortissimo festival.

The young pianist will be tackling a programme of particular commitment, entirely dedicated to Chopin, an author he particularly loves.

Ruben Xhaferi, born in 2005, is a prodigy pianist who began studying the piano at the age of five, winning numerous international competitions and perfecting his skills with important masters, including Sandro Baldi, Lilya Zilberstein, Alberto Nosè and Benedetto Lupo, with performances in Italy and Spain and broadcasts on Rai Radio 3.
