Wednesday July 8, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Birreria Popolare in Bologna, the Pulse Percussion Duo performs as part of the series Classical in Sneakers.
The percussion duo is a workshop of energy and precision: gesture, resonance, and rhythm become a listening spectacle. The Pulse Percussion Duo – Pierfrancesco Semeraro and Mattia Grassi – presents a program that explores the variety of the percussion repertoire, featuring tight dialogues, timbral interweavings, and shifts in perspective.
Vibraphone and marimba, skins and metals, attack and reverberation: each piece highlights a different idea of musical “face-to-face”.
A concert that enhances the physical dimension of sound and its architecture, bringing the audience into a musical writing made of pulses, colors, and tensions.
