On Thursday 7 December the Teatro Auditorium Manzoni will host a world premiere: that of 'In Him was life and life was the light of men' for string trio and orchestra by the Ukrainian composer, originally from L'viv, Yuri Laniuk.
Luciano Berio's works from the Folk songs cycle for voice and orchestra accompanied by mezzo-soprano Anna Brull and Béla Bartók's Concerto for orchestra will also be performed.
Ukrainian conductor Oksana Lyniv will be leading the concert.
