On Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Teatro Mazzacorati 1763 in Bologna at 9:00 PM, Note d’amore – Labirinto degli affetti will take the stage, the first in a series of benefit concerts promoted by Rotary Club Ars Omnia in collaboration with Succede solo a Bologna.
A journey through music in all its facets, featuring timeless melodies with a single special connecting thread: love and the emotions that only music can convey.
This first concert will feature vocals and Baroque music as the main focus. Between courtly love, desperate lament, irony, and melancholy, the early music ensemble Segreti Armonici, consisting of theorbo player Lisa Soardi, cellist Basak Canseli Cifci, and soprano Maria Teresa Becci, explores masterpieces of the early Baroque, a period when music learned to speak the language of passions. The program is a chiaroscuro journey through the nuances of feeling: from the sweetness of Caccini’s Nuove Musiche to the theatrical drama of Monteverdi and Strozzi. The path is punctuated by the instrumental architectures of Kapsberger, De Visée, and Piccinini.
All proceeds from the evening will be donated to Olga – Educating Against All Forms of Violence, an association dedicated to promoting and protecting rights, with particular attention to people of all genders and ages who have experienced any form of mistreatment, violence, abuse, or physical or psychological assault.
