Both voices raised under the wing of Gloria Banditelli, reference interpreter for Baroque vocals, Naoko Tanigaki and Ester Ferraro deal with arias and duets from the sacred and profane repertoire of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries with flexible expressiveness. Varleria Montanari will play the organ and the harpsichord, a musician with a vast experience who collaborates as a continuist and as a soloist with various ensembles and conductors specialized in ancient performance practice.
These include the Byzantine Academy, The Harmonic Season, Athena Ensemble, Gli Invaghiti, Stefano Montanari, Rinaldo Alessandrini, Adrian van der Spoel and Carlo Ipata. Naoko Tanigaki, born in 1994, moved to Italy in 2018 to deepen her study of opera singing with William Matteuzzi and attended masterclasses held by Monica Bacelli, Bettina Pahn and Fabio Bonizzoni. Ester Ferraro, born in 1995, studied with the soprano Teresa Cardace and graduated in opera singing at the Perugia Conservatory. She has distinguished herself in several national and international competitions and since 2016 she has been working as a soloist and chorister in the Papal Basilica of San Francesco d 'Assisi.
