The Messiah is now considered the "Strenna of the Servants" in the city's pre-Christmas period and has for some time now been one of the most famous and popular initiatives in Bologna before Christmas.
The Archiepiscopal Music Chapel of Santa Maria dei Servi, a historical reality with a long experience widely recognized in the area, intends to promote this event to raise awareness of classical music and pre-Christmas Bolognese culture also linked to the famous S. Lucia Market which, as per tradition, is present in this period in the ancient portico dei Servi.
Performers: Coro e Strumentisti dei Servi saranno accompagnati all'organo dal M° Roberto Cavrini . Solisti: Eva Macaggi, Antonella Colaianni, Gianluca Pasolini e Alberto Bianchi. CONDUCTOR: M° Lorenzo Bizzarri
