On Sunday, May 3, 2026, at 11:30 am, the Orchestra Barocca di Bologna performs at Palazzo Pepoli with the concert From the Heights of Heaven.
A taste of the unexplored musical heritage of Bologna that flourished between the 17th and 18th centuries. With a historically informed approach, the ensemble presents sacred and secular music by Colonna, Capacelli, Bassani, Predieri and Caldara, selecting works ranging from the “tormentoso laberinto”, a Miserere, to the unheard song of the highest celestial spheres.
The ticket includes admission to the Museum of the History of Bologna at Palazzo Pepoli, valid for the entire day of the concert.
