From May 29 to Sept. 14, 2025, Bologna's Grand Tour Italia Park opens its summer season with "WE'RE OUT! - Summer in the Orchard", a festival designed for those who want to experience outdoor evenings among taste, music and conviviality.
Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the Orchard space is transformed into a living room under the stars, with comfortable seating, soft lighting and a relaxed atmosphere surrounded by greenery.
The program is designed to engage a diverse audience:
- From 6 p.m., children can participate in activities and creative workshops curated by Slow Food and other cultural partners.
- From 7-10 p.m., live music accompanies the aperitif or dinner time, with concerts and performances by selected artists.
- After 10 p.m., the Orchard changes pace and comes alive with DJ sets and different music genres each week, transforming into a real outdoor dance floor.
The gastronomic offer is wide and varied: you can choose from street food, strolling dishes or a full dinner at the outdoor restaurant, with rotating regional menus that tell the story of Italian culinary traditions from north to south.
Also returning on weekends is the GTI Picnic, one of the park's most popular formulas. With a fixed price of 20 euros, each visitor can compose his or her own menu by choosing three regional dishes from different restaurants and a drink, to be picked up and enjoyed freely in the Orchard or on the green lawns. This is an ideal option for groups with different tastes, families, couples or groups of friends, providing an informal and convivial experience in the heart of the city.
Grand Tour Italia thus confirms itself as one of the most welcoming places in the Bolognese summer, where gastronomy, music and entertainment meet in a green, accessible and inclusive setting. “WE'RE OUT!” is an invitation to change pace, rediscover the pleasure of being together outdoors and enjoy summer evenings under the stars, without leaving the city.
