Children in the Vineyard - FICO

On Satuday and Sunday 2-3 / 9-10 September, the harvesting and crushing game is back at FICO! The Bosco delle Meraviglie and FEshion Events are waiting for you with many appointments and related paths all dedicated to grapes, including harvesting and crushing at the FICO vineyard.

How does it work? Each appointment will feature a one-hour journey between games and nature, where children will meet Margherita and the must sprites. Between fairy tales and history, they will go on a discovery of the vineyards and their secrets, where they can intersect tradition with new technologies. Between competitions to see who can press the most, must collecting and a fun treasure hunt, a wonderful afternoon will be spent outdoors! Kids will read about the adventures of the fairy Margherita, meet the must sprites who guard the vineyard, collect bunches of grapes in the rows, and press grapes like our grandparents did, using mini wheelbarrows, baskets and vats.
