In conjunction with Tartofla (International White Truffle Festival of Savigno) the restaurant La Bottega Del Macellaio opens its doors every Saturday and Sunday for lunch with a single shift which will allow you to fully experience the truffle dishes.
For these dates we give space to the white truffle with an excellent tasting menu entirely dedicated to this treasure. These dishes tell you about our territory, from the choice of the best raw materials to their preparation.
The landlady, "Chef Anna Amato", offers genuine and highly talented cuisine, passing from Emilia to Sicily, with heart and soul offering the experience of a life dedicated to cooking.
The "La Bottega Del Macellaio" restaurant also uses exclusively Espresso Cuisine. Therefore each dish is prepared at the moment and respecting tradition, requiring the right preparation time.
