Between 20 and 22 September, Zola Predosa welcomes the thirteenth edition of “Mortadella, please” becoming a true “Citadel of Flavour”. The festival takes visitors to discover the pink queen of Bologna through show cooking events, children workshops, street food and tasting session of original Mortadella-based recipes created by local chefs and restaurants and paired off with wines and local products. There will also be shows, on Sunday, it will be possible to take part in guided tours of leading Mortadella producer companies Alcisa and Felsineo. For further information: www.mortadellaplease.eu
