From September 29 to October 1, Zola Predosa (BO), the World Capital of Mortadella, will be coloured pink for "Mortadella, Please", the International Festival dedicated to the symbol of Bologna gastronomy!
For three days the town center will welcome visitors with tastings of original and traditional Mortadella-based recipes, shows, insightful opportunities and themes entertainment for the whole family. However, the Festival will not only be a moment of valorization of Mortadella, but also of other food and wine excellence.
In addition to the many activities, on Sunday it will be possible to take part in guided tours of leading Mortadella producer companies Alcisa and Felsineo.
