Preview of Baccanale 2025

Baccanale, the traditional food, wine, and cultural festival of Imola, returns to the spotlight on May 24th and 25th with the Baccanale Preview—a springtime event that offers a taste of what’s to come in the autumn edition and an opportunity to discover the many exciting new features planned.

The theme for the 2025 edition is “A World of Spices”.

Over the course of three days, the autumn theme will be unveiled through a rich program including taste workshops for both children and adults, themed performances, live cooking shows, special menus from Imola’s restaurants, tastings, and talks featuring experts, journalists, chefs, and food connoisseurs.
