From January 21 to May 26, 2024, the Pieve di Cento Civic Art Gallery will host Pierpaolo Campanini's exhibition project "Miraggio."
The exhibition is developed in two rooms: in the first one, a sequence of large works creates a succession of thresholds, paged in space through portals painted on canvases that produce a disorienting effect; in the second room, a selection of works representing the artist's research path.
Recently, the artist's creative process has been enriched by the use of digital programs that rework some of the inputs he provides and lead to the transformation of figures elusive to all individuation into reference forms that become a matrix for their pictorial reinterpretation.
