From 3 to 8 February 2026, Palazzo Zaini hosts the group exhibition Occhio! Sguardi sul territorio Evolution, the second stage of the project presented at Art City last year with students from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Bologna.
Following the exhibition of graphic and artistic posters inspired by the major themes of the places where Bonifica Renana operates in the metropolitan area of Bologna—Water, Environment, Biodiversity, Technology—this year the scenographic LED wall installation in the Cortile d’Onore at Palazzo Zani in Bologna, the headquarters of the Consorzio della Bonifica Renana, presents the new artistic chapter developed in collaboration with the Academy.
The focus is water. The exhibition will introduce an open call for the creation of “Observation Points on Water”: artworks, structures, and artistic and/or design installations to be placed along canals and water basins within the territory managed by Bonifica Renana, encouraging unusual perceptual experiences of the landscape.
The gaze and artistic sensitivity of the Academy’s young students, through a visual language that breaks away from convention, can add value to the narrative of these places and offer new and unexpected visions.
Group exhibition curated by LabBrainDesign_Valentina Downey and Patrizia Scarzella.
Promoted by Consorzio Bonifica Renana and the Accademia di Belle Arti.
