Palazzo Albergati in Bologna is hosting some of the most provocative, non-conformist and revolutionary works of our time, with over 60 masterpieces on display by the likes of Jago, Banksy, TvBoy and others.
An exhaustive and provocative overview of present-day art through some of the most daring stories of Italian and international public art.
The exhibition includes the most significant works by each of the three abovementioned artists : from Girl with Baloon to Bomb Love by Banksy; Circulatory Apparatus and Memory of Self by Jago; the Kisses and Heroes series by TvBoy, over and above iconic pieces such as the 'modernised' couple standing at the entrance of Rome Fiumicino airport, not forgetting Gino Strada with the 'stop war' sign that appeared on the walls of Milan a few months ago.
Other meaningful artworks by various generations of artists who have taken inspiration from them, or who simply fit into the 'countercurrent' path, are also on display.
The exhibition is divided into four sections.
EXHIBITION EXTENDED TO 28 MAY 2023
