From 17 October 2026 to 7 February 2027, the Museo San Domenico in Imola hosts Ultima spiaggia. Odissee e naufragi dei migranti nel Mediterraneo orientale, an exhibition by photographer Italo Rondinella dedicated to the migration routes across the Eastern Mediterranean.
Through photographs, sounds and fragments of real life, Rondinella documents what remains of migrants’ journeys, offering an intense perspective on the contradictions and complexity of migration.
A powerful and necessary account that brings attention back to one of the most complex issues of our time.
The exhibition is organised by Imola Musei in collaboration with Associazione Segni del Moderno and Galleria d’arte Bottega Gollini, and is curated by Diego Galizzi, together with Giorgio Bolognesi and Luigi Foschini.
