FEELING – The first interactive exhibition on emotional education

FEELING is an interactive exhibition that combines artistic expression with emotional education, offering an accessible and inclusive environment in which play becomes a mindful experience. Open from 19 September to 15 April 2027 at the Gran Tour Italia.

Thanks to partnerships with the ‘La Scuola e Didattica Delle Emozioni’ Publishing Group, the experience is more engaging than ever. Each space is designed to encompass a specific emotional dimension: from wonder to anger, from fear to calm, without forgetting joy.

We live in an age characterised by constant stimuli, a fast-paced lifestyle and overexposure; the ability to recognise one’s own emotions is becoming an increasingly necessary yet often overlooked skill. Young people and adults find themselves immersed daily in complex contexts, where emotional experiences are intense but often rarely named, listened to or shared. In this context, emotional education is no longer a peripheral concern, but a fundamental aspect of individual wellbeing and the quality of our relationships.

FEELING offers a shared, interactive and inclusive experience that is accessible to all. The aim is not to teach people what to feel, but to create the conditions so that each of us has the opportunity to recognise what we are feeling, thereby valuing the emotional experience as the first step towards building healthier and more mindful relationships.

In this first edition, the following emotions will be explored in this order:

• AMAZEMENT – like the surprise of discovering something new
• CURIOSITY – it stimulates the imagination
• ANXIETY – anticipation of the future
• FEAR – a safe space in which to navigate the unknown
• ANGER – channelling one’s energy safely
• BOREDOM – the space between what ends and what begins
• SADNESS – to be normalised and embraced… a temporary state
• AFFECTION/LOVE – as attachment, a stable relationship (not romance or sexuality)
• CALM – regaining one’s balance through breathing and space
• JOY – the grand finale, the driving force behind learning
