Eleganti per sempre

From June 18 to July 28, at Il Museo della Rocca in Dozza, it will be possible to visit the photographic exhibition “Eleganti per sempre.”

A visual journey that investigates fashion through the details of funeral sculpture at Certosa di Bologna and Piratello di Imola, two of the four cemeteries in the Metropolitan City of Bologna recognized as monumental and historic by the Association of Significant Cemeteries in Europe. The exhibition presents details and refinements of the 19th and 20th centuries, immortalized by the photographers of the Visual Arts Group Associazione Amici della Certosa and the G. Magnani Photo-Cultural Association. The exhibition catalog, available at the Fortress Museum bookshop from July 9, offers insights into the details immortalized by the artists, revealing the magic hidden in the simplest and most everyday details of dress.
