On Sunday, 14 December 2025 at Club Le Torri in Budrio, at 5:00 PM, the children’s show Rotellina (Little Wheel), curated by the Magnifico Teatrino Errante, will be staged.
Rotellina is a child like many others: she loves to laugh and play, but she doesn’t do some of the things that all her peers do. For example, she does not attend the school in her town because it is a building with stairs, and she, who moves on four wheels, cannot access it.
One day, however, she meets a group of children who help her find a solution: writing to the mayor to fix things! Will they succeed?
Rotellina is a theatre performance for children aged 5 and up that, through an adventure filled with games, music, and poetic moments, tells the story of the importance of removing architectural barriers to achieve full equality, and of the value of sharing and friendship, through which the rights of everyone can be supported.
The Magnifico Teatrino Errante was founded in 2011 in Bologna and became a Social Promotion Association in 2016. Its activities include training courses on theatrical techniques and the production of performances that pay particular attention to social, civil, and environmental issues. The group is made up of non-actors with and without disabilities and works with the belief that caring for and valuing every individual, as well as paying attention to the quality and content of the works presented, are essential elements for conveying a true message of integration.
