Il matto della luna piena (Fool in the Full Moon)

On Sunday 13 September 2026 at 5:00 pm, Teatro Ridotto in Bologna presents Il matto della luna piena (Fool in the Full Moon), a performance by and featuring Donald Kitt, directed by Iben Nagel Rasmussen.

The fool sits on his luggage, a box full of dreams. Dreams of flying and recipes for making them come true.
He recalls his childhood and youth, and how his secret friend and accomplice, Leonardo da Vinci, inspired him and never stopped supporting him in his endless adventures.
The fool dreams of flying machines, spinning wheels, floating castles and wings that lift him up, freeing him from gravity and the routines of everyday life.
Dancing and singing, he ventures into a magnificent universe: a landscape ruled by imagination and creativity, where Leonardo is ever-present with his wise advice and, at times, extreme challenges.
