The first international Made in Italy event dedicated to animation, visual effects, virtual and augmented reality, gaming and media arts that brings together art, industry and new technologies. The 23rd edition moves to Bologna's Binario Centrale in DumBO, with the theme "Be Kind, Remake". It is all about handcrafted cinema, made by hand, in the sign of Michel Gondry, who exactly fifteen years ago gave new life to the world of "sweded" cinema with his masterpiece Be Kind Rewind.
Guest of honour of the 2023 edition will be Bill Plympton, known as the last true indie auteur in the world of animation, with the world première of his latest work, Slide, a masterclass and a signacopie moment.
