Flesh Orchestra

On Wednesday, December 17 at 9:30 PM at Binario Centrale di DumBO in Bologna, music transforms into imagery with Flesh Orchestra.

An interactive performance of generative electronic music: through a dedicated app and smartphone sensors, body movements are captured and processed in real time by an algorithm that generates MIDI sequences. Steps, hand movements, and rotations turn into sounds and images, while synchronized visuals amplify the collective dimension. One body among bodies: an orchestra that moves, breathes, and creates, within a continuously evolving work.

The project takes place as the closing moment of the 2025 edition of the Festival della Cultura Tecnica, to be experienced through dance.
