Fantasia in Concert | Disney Concerts

Two special events signed by Disney on January 5th and 7th, 2024, staged at the EuropAuditorium Theater, powered by Calma Management, EuropAuditorium Theater, Teatro Comunale di Bologna, and Fonoprint Studios present in Bologna.

The events are part of Disney Concerts, the division of Disney Music Group, the musical branch of The Walt Disney Company, which produces concerts and tours and licenses Disney musical and visual content to symphony orchestras and organizers worldwide. "Fantasia" and "Fantasia 2000" will be the classics projected during the Fantasia In Concert, where the Orchestra of Teatro Comunale di Bologna, led by Thiago Tiberio, now one of the most important composers and directors of music for films, will perform some of the symphonic pieces that bring to life scenes from the two films. These include Ludwig van Beethoven's Pastorale Symphony, Claude Debussy's Clair de Lune, Amilcare Ponchielli's Dance of the Hours, Edward Elgar's Pomp And Circumstance, Ottorino Respighi's Pines of Rome, and Paul Dukas' The Sorcerer's Apprentice.
