Cuor Leggero 2026

The summer celebration of laughter returns once again with Cuor Leggero, three packed days of stand-up comedy at Teatri di Vita, from August 13 to 15. The grand finale will feature Cucine Popolari, the traditional Ferragosto Lunch and the fifth edition of La Cicala d’Oro, a competition for emerging comedians.

This year’s programme welcomes back two popular performers with brand-new shows: Daniele Gattano with Perestrojka e Pancake on August 13, and Xhuliano Dule with Remuntada on August 14. Both performances begin at 9:00 pm.

Each show will open with a performance by one of the contestants given a second chance in the fifth edition of La Cicala d’Oro, as they compete for a place in the Ferragosto final.

The festival reaches its climax on Ferragosto, August 15. The day begins with an event that has become a firm fixture of Bologna’s summer calendar: the Ferragosto Lunch, organised by Teatri di Vita in collaboration with Cucine Popolari.

In the afternoon, immediately after lunch, all the semi-finalists will perform. The audience and anyone wishing to attend, with free admission, will choose the three stand-up comedians who will progress to the grand final.

The Ferragosto evening will be hosted by the exceptional duo Vito and Eva Robin’s. The three finalists will compete for the coveted Cicala d’Oro before a distinguished panel of judges, who will announce the winner.
