Come nodi in gola

On Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 9:00 PM at the Teatro Comunale Castiglione dei Pepoli, the show Come nodi in gola takes the stage.

An intimate and painful reflection on the human condition, subjugated to rules and conventions that appear, in the eyes of the protagonist (not coincidentally a woman), as “demons that will inexorably mark her life”.

It also speaks of love, in the most universal sense of the term, which often responds to these dictates, preventing us from growing inwardly and fully forming that apple (which in fact continues to crave at all costs a half it perceives as missing).

Every being on this planet should strive for complete freedom, far from conformism and increasingly focused on one’s own dreams and inclinations, far from the mental and physical constraints imposed by modern society.

Every man and every woman should enjoy their own fulfillment, but also that of others. Because we are a single entity, a single energy, which, like a breath of wind, passes by and is gone far too quickly…

A touching story, yet also full of hope, told through choreography and original songs as well.
