On Saturday, January 10 2026, at the Teatro Spazio Reno in Calderara di Reno, at 5:00 p.m., the Compagnia Burambò presents the show for adults and children Cinderella 301.

From princess to a model of female self-determination: two puppeteers know that to tell this fairy tale you need a stepmother, two stepsisters, a prince, a king, and a young girl — Cinderella! But the puppets immediately reveal a life of their own: the newly made stepmother shows off her own accent; the stepsisters complain about how the puppeteer finished them; the king struggles to be present as a father; Cinderella questions her dream; the prince procrastinates his responsibilities.

An effort is made to maintain balance, but the lines get blurred and the boundary between what is real and what is imaginary becomes increasingly thin. The show offers a Cinderella who is capable of accepting and daring. She does not dream of a prince; she wants to study and redeem herself on her own.

She does not wait for salvation from the outside, but acts with determination to change her own destiny. A story of growth, independence, and awareness, in which the protagonist discovers the value of her own voice and of knowledge.
