From 10 to 12 November 2023 at the Teatro Duse in Bologna, the Bologna Ballet Competition arrives.
High-quality Italian and European choreographers, critics, teachers and dancers promote the world of dance and introduce young international dancers to the Bologna audience.
Free classes and choreographic workshops will be held by Ivette Rodriguez Gonzalez (Maîtresse de Ballet of the National Ballet of Cuba), Jacopo Godani, Paolo Mangiola, Elek Tibor Zsolt, Attila Kosma.
The competition will take place on 11 November (classical and neoclassical dance) on 12 November (contemporary dance, and new choreographic languages) with different categories divided by age and discipline.
On the evening of Saturday 11 November, at 8.00 pm, a Dance Gala will take the stage with choreography by Jacopo Godani and Paolo Mangiola, and the special participation of the Balletto di Verona and young dancers from the Ballet School of the San Carlo Theatre.
