Cà Shin is NOT a restaurant, it is NOT a tavern, it IS a place of comfort to spend a few peaceful and calm hours. The idea, by the Cooperative Le Ali, a non-profit organization, is for a place which combines healthy food, a warm and friendly atmosphere and special attention to art, children and ecology. Cà Shin is a multipurpose space designed for adults and children, it is a place of refreshment with a library, game room, teatrOrto, gym, forest and garden. Preservation, protection, promotion of culture and the environment are the keywords. You can stop for refreshment - a drink or a snack from a simple menu. A healthy part of the message that the cooperative wants to give is the need for a change in everyday life and thus also the eating habits. The restaurant is linked with many activities for adults and children such as bread making workshops with "Pasta mother", cooking classes and vegan and vegetarian dinners. The restaurant offers simple traditional cusine. The pasta is all homemade and carefully mixed by hand. There is great attention to the choice of ingredients, the vegetables are from the garden or sourced from a local farmer so they are zero km, as are the honey and oil. Cà Shin is a place to take time and be more in tune with the rhythms of nature, a place where you can rediscover the pleasure of chatting .... without haste. At the heart is TeO ', the organic and biodynamic vegetable garden, where courses in horticulture for adults and children are held and you can learn how to grow tomatoes, courgettes or salads.Theatre performances and concerts are held in the garden and in summer it becomes an intimate and magical place to have a romantic dinner by candlelight.
