The Rosticceria Nosadella is born from a project of a couple that, in addition to being it in life, is also in work. She, Alessia, daughter of art always in contact with this passion of cooking transmitted by her father, Ermanno, chef and historic restaurateur of Bologna. He, Olsi with his experience in the field as well as cooking has implemented the new techniques for preparing, cooking and storing food. Their union today in this place wants to bring, yes, the twenty-year experience and the technological innovation but also how not to waste the food through the reuse of the raw materials, trying to combine the friendliness and the quality kitchen with the grandmother's recipes in family rooms renovated after many years of closure.

Specialties
Very well supplied and very strong on food, to try absolutely, braised in red wine, aromatic Roast Beef, roast chicken, frattagle and all fish. Lots of vegetables for vegetarians and vegans, tasty and traditional soups. The desserts, the biscuits and their fabulous growing Bolognese, goodness for palates accustomed to eating healthy and the old way. Lots of organic products from brands like Alce Nero, Girolomoni ... For frying only peanut oil is used.
