Libra is the world's first Longevity Restaurant specializing in traditional Italian cuisine enriched with Antiaging Wellness thanks to the Scientific Method Cucina Evolution, conceived by Dr. Chiara Manzi, we reformulated traditional Italian dishes to make them beautiful, good and rich in Antiaging Wellness.

Chefs and Antiaging Nutritionists work together. Every dish like every recipe made follows a strict Guaranteed Nutritional Safety - Good to Live Restaurant specification of the AIC Circuit, the whole menu is also available gluten-free and low glycemic index, many dishes lactose-free. There is never a shortage of traditional Italian dishes such as Carbonara or Cacio e Pepe, or Lasagna alla Bolognese, Balanzone and in winter the fantastic tortellini. Many dishes are made season by season with the collaboration of Michelin-starred Chef Paolo Cappuccio and resident Chef Andrea Miceli.
At Libra Restaurant you can eat a wonderful Fritto di Pesce with fewer calories than a mixed salad. Dishes and Vegan and Vegetarian Menu Pathways Bistrot menu at lunchtime with healthy dishes calibrated not to weigh down those who continue their workday.
The restaurant is also suitable for events of up to 100 people.

Specialties
Chiara Manzi's iconic dishes are on the Impossible Food tasting menu with Entrée of Mortadella Mousse on Homemade Bread Crostino, Carbonara Evolution, Gran Fritto di Pesce, and Tiramisù Impossible 2.0, but you can also appreciate her Cacio e Pepi with Bottarga from the menu and other tasting offerings.
