Fram Cafè is one of the few Bio-Veg Bistrots (Organic-Vegan) in town. It opened in 2003 and was renovated in 2014. The atmosphere is north-European and cosmopolitan thanks to the reclaimed furniture and a cheerful, ethical approach to healthy diet. The day at Fram starts with a lavish 100% BIO breakfast to please every palate. If you love the typical Italian breakfast you’ll find cappuccino, also available in its green version, accompanied with the best BIO-VEG ‘croissanterie’ in the city. 

At lunchtime, the menu features seasonal cuisine made with organic produce,  where possible sourced locally, and the atmosphere is pleasantly informal, with retro kitchen-style tables that feel just like home.

The blackboard changes daily and lists the daily special – a choice of three or two options – as well as soups, fresh salads, sweet and savoury tarts, spelt pizzas and, for aperitifs, a selection of fine local cheeses, both matured and fresh.
Tea time is filled with the scent of floral herbal teas and exquisite cakes right up until pre-dinner, with craft beers and healthy spritzes; then it’s time for dinner, which is set in a special atmosphere with jugs of flavoured water, background music and small candles.
