3 friends, 2 Egyptians and 1 Libyan, graduated from facolty of engineering in Bologna for an international master's degree. "While they were studying, they worked in this sector, one as a pastry chef and 2 as a barman and at certain point we decided to stay in the city and open this place, using our knowledge in this sector". Caffè La Sfinge invites you to deepen, to be curious. Here you will discover the wonderful pastry, the Arabic coffee prepared in the traditional arabic coffee pot (Dallah) and tea. Then the atmosphere! "They know how to create the right atmosphere. They decided to focus on that Middle-Eastern look, however, recalled by small details such as their mustard uniform, micro-straw bags for napkins or bread, placemats minimal-folk straw rounds, some souvenir style objects that have fun and music ... between East and Anonymous Venetian!
