There are very few testimonies of this curch, now disappeared, so that someone claims that its origin goes back to the time of the catacombs of the early Christians, from which perhaps derived its name linked to the underword. In this magical place, tradition, quality, simple genuine and seasonal ingredients, the advice of the trusted shopkeeper and the Chef's fantasies come together to offer a menu with a unique structure. The dishes rapresent the idea that the Chef has: a triump of flavor and combinations of high quality classic cuisine with creativity, the result of work experience in different locations of our country. Each course is a unique experience of high quality ingredients amalgamated with each other, to offer a traditional, tasty cuisine, to be enjoyed in front of a glass of wine chosen from those provided by our well-stocked cellar.
