There are very few testimonies of this curch, now disappeared, so that someone claims that its origin goes back to the time of the catacombs of the early Christians, from which perhaps derived its name linked to the underword. The dishes rapresent the idea that the Chef has: a triump of flavor and combinations of high quality classic cuisine with creativity, the result of work experience in different locations of our country.
