Empire Bologna

Empire is one of Bologna’s go-to pubs for watching live sports, especially English football.

Located on Via Zamboni, in the heart of the university district, it features 12 large screens, including 4 extra-large ones, showing the Premier League, Serie A, Champions League, Europa League, Formula 1, MotoGP, rugby and all the major sporting events.

Every Monday there is a Quiz Game with Il Cervellone from 9:30 pm, while karaoke runs from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:30 pm. On Fridays and Saturdays, there is also a DJ set on the upper floor.

The kitchen serves pinse, piadine, burgers and fried food, and remains open until 30 minutes before closing time. At the bar, there are 12 beers on tap as well as cocktails. There is no table service: orders are placed and collected at the bar.

A dedicated menu is available for graduation parties, birthdays and groups.

Reservations are not required, but are recommended for the most popular matches.
