In her home, located at the foot of the picturesque Sanctuary of San Luca, Lucia will guide you through every stage of preparing Bologna’s typical dishes.
Upon arrival, Lucia will welcome you with a glass of wine from the Bolognese hills and local mortadella. The experience will be a journey through tradition, where you’ll have the privilege of observing and assisting Lucia in the making of her famous tortellini — from rolling out the pasta dough to preparing the filling, an art that has made her an icon of Emilian cuisine.
With the rolling pin, a symbol of Bolognese cooking, you’ll work alongside the chef to prepare fresh tagliatelle, while simmering a rich ragù cooked slowly to bring out its full flavor. Finally, each guest will enjoy creating their own cup of zuppa inglese, Bologna’s festive dessert, ending the experience on a sweet note — a celebration of timeless gestures, authentic flavors, and conviviality, accompanied by a good cup of moka coffee.
