Rita Mattioli organizes different types of cooking classes, divided by level: first level of general cuisine until the third level and by culinary specialties: fish, basic course of pastry, bread, pasta, up to classes with Chef. Courses for foreigners in English. A short guided tour to the city center and the market is organized for the tourists. Afterwards a lesson on pasta and other dishes on request will follow with a final tasting.
