In a quiet area just a few kilometers from Bologna, conveniently connected by bus and train lines, Casa Giulia is a 47 m² one-bedroom apartment, fully furnished and composed of: an entrance hall, a bathroom with window and shower, equipped with all comforts; a double bedroom; and a kitchen with a double sofa bed, featuring many amenities: dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, combination oven/microwave, kettle for tea, coffee machine, and toaster.

Dishes, towels, a hairdryer, and bed linens are provided. The apartment has independent heating and air conditioning, a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small terrace overlooking the park, for the exclusive use of guests. The property also includes a private garden with a gazebo, perfect for enjoying the fresh, healthy air of Castel Maggiore (BO).
