Our apartments have recently been renovated and furnished with particular attention to detail. They are fully equipped with the comforts and household wares necessary for both short and long stays, for tourists and other visitors, and therefore satisfy all our guests’ various needs. Our apartments are strategically located in a quiet residential area, next to the large structure of the S.Orsola-Malpighi hospital and a short walk from the historic center with the main tourist attractions. Nearby there are also restaurants, supermarkets and shops of all kinds, as well as bus stops enabling guests to get around the city. Biancospino apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a private garden and an independent entrance. You will find two bedrooms with windows, both equipped with air conditioning, a standard double bed, two bedside tables, suitcase holder and chest of drawers. One bedroom has a large wardrobe, the other a comfortable walk-in closet, within which guests will find a washing machine at their disposal. The kitchen has a window and is fully equipped with a cooker , refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, dishes and pans, an oven, coffee machine and kettle. You will find everything you need to eat at home and it has a table with four chairs. The spacious kitchen also has a comfortable sofa, television and private balcony. The bathroom has a window and contains a sink, bidet, toilet, shower and hairdryer. Guests will also be provided with shampoo, shower gel and a courtesy kit.
