The apartment is provided with 2 sofa bed: 1 double (140 cm width) and 1 single (80 cm width); wardrobe; a kitchen fully equipped with : 1 hob with 2 stoves, pots and pans, lunch/dinner set, glasses dishes and cups suitable for different uses. For our Guests the kitchen is also provided with: oven, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, microwave, kettle, mixer, toaster and there is a table with 4 chairs. The bathroom has equipped with bath tub/shower as well as washing machine. Our Guests will find a 32" TV together with HDMI cable to be connected with a PC and wi-fi Internet Broadband connection. Heating and air conditioning are present as well. Cozy and exclusive garden equipped with shade, table, 2 loungers, 2 lawn chairs and 1 rocking chair is always available. The rent includes: initial cleaning; initial sheets and towels supply; water, gas and electricity; household electrical appliances, accessories use; heating/air conditioning; internet connection. It’s EXCLUDED the supply of food and beverages by the owner. None service, during Tenant/s stay, about security, conservation, cleaning-up, places and furniture rearrangement and maintenance. The apartment also offers 2 reserved car parks inside the private yard. The apartment is located in very quiet area, there is broadband Internet connection (HDMI wire, included, in order to connect a PC with 32"TV) , so whoever will find best condiotions to work.
