The accommodation occupies an entire independent wing of a period residence, once belonging to the Società Anonima Cartiere del Maglio e Brodano.
The spaces are on two levels: on the first floor, a bright double bedroom with exposed beams overlooks the courtyard and Palazzo De' Rossi. On the ground floor, connected by an internal staircase, there is a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with shower and washing machine. The furnishings, carefully designed and rich in details, give the room a warm and cosy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The property is partially shared with the owners, who live in a separate area of the house and are available to offer information or advice on the area. Guests enjoy full autonomy and can also make use of the bicycle charging station, ideal for those travelling along the Ciclovia del Sole or the surrounding nature trails.
